本研究以12名福建省福清市非精英移民为研究对象，对其回迁原因及再适应情况展开质性研究。研究发现，相比于精英移民群体，非精英移民群体本身由于综合素质较低、拥有资本较少，无论是在回流还是再适应过程之中，都会面临更多的挑战；他们的回流除了受到移民国与母国社会双重作用力的影响外，移民个体的主观能动性也发挥了重要作用；在回流再适应过程中，尽管出现某些不适，但回流者并没有表现出消极悲观的态度，而是将其视为正常现象。通过心理调适与家庭支持、社会行为本土化与再学习、资源的跨国转化与链接等策略能帮助回流移民更好地适应母国的生活。
Abstract：The author takes 12 non-elite immigrants from Fuqing City as the research objects,and conducts a qualitative study on the reasons for their return migration and readaptation. The study found that,compared with elite immigrant groups,non-elite immigrant groups themselves will face more challenges in the process of backflow and readaptation due to their lower overall quality and less capital. In addition to the influence of the dual forces of the home country society,the subjective initiative of the immigrant individuals also played an important role. In the process of readjustment,although some discomfort occurred,the returnees did not show a negative and pessimistic attitude,but only regarded them as For normal phenomena. Psychological adjustment,family support,localization,relearning of social behavior,transnational transformation and linking of resources can help them better adapt to life in their home country.
