高校创新团队的本质是通过对知识的共享实现知识的增值。从场论的角度出发,高校创新团队知识共享主要由知识价值、成员距离以及团队氛围三个因素构成。三个因素的相互作用形成了高校创新团队知识共享的工作机理,由此也构建了高校创新团队知识共享评估模型,为评估创新团队的知识共享程度提供了客观依据。
Abstract:The essence of innovation team in colleges and universities is to realize the growth of knowledge by knowledge sharing.From the prospective of field theory,knowledge sharing of innovation team in colleges and universities is a combination of the value of knowledge,the distance between members and team spirit.The interaction among the above-three factors forms the working mechanism of knowledge sharing of innovation team in colleges and universities,and thus constructs the evaluation model for knowledge sharing of innovation team in colleges and universities and provides the objective basis for evaluating the extent of knowledge sharing of innovation team.
